A few Years ago, our Trust pledged to set up institutions which are truly "WORLD CLASS”. The reason being that the time is ripe for the country to have smart managers who can act universally and think globally. Keeping in view the global corporate challenges, we took upon the task of providing the students a nurturing environment, the right atmosphere to build their talent so as to improve their analytical problem solving and communication skills and become a self-confident achiever when they leave the institution. Further, we envisage IBI for ourselves as a centre of higher learning, where we will nurture and disseminate knowledge.

Info-structure (Information+ Infrastructure): The Wi-Fi enabled fully air-conditioned campus is located in Greater Noida (National Capital Region) in the institutional area, just 35 minutes from New Delhi, and in the hub of Industries and Corporate, is equipped with state of the art facilities. A computerized spacious library is equipped with a selection of titles, pertaining to management studies, etc. A Computer Lab is set with the latest Pentium PC’s, providing multi-user environment. A leased line rendering 24 hour on-line availability. The caf? for those endless cups of coffee, conversations with buddies, and off course the good grub, says it all!

Business Skills

These are developed and refined by providing students the environment highly conducive to groom themselves to become successful managers by learning to be methodical, move forward continuously and confidently, embrace change rather than follow. Besides, we ensure that students learn to innovate rather than stagnate and to initiate rather than merely respond, thereby becoming efficient managers and dynamic entrepreneurs.

 

Individuality

Each individual has a different personality. The faculty, therefore acts as mentor and counsellor to each student imparting professional and objective advice so that they can be refined into global leaders of tomorrow, fully supporting IBI’s objective “To develop tomorrow’s managers…... Today”. This also is in keeping with the principle of “Customer-centric Management.”
